As the President of the ASFSL, it is my distinct honour to welcome you to our official website. Our association, formed under the auspices of SAARC, is dedicated to advancing food science and food composition across Sri Lanka linking to other countries of South Asia. We aim to foster collaboration, innovation, and the sharing of knowledge and resources among our member countries. By doing so, we strive to address the unique challenges and opportunities that our diverse region presents.

SAARCFOODS is the regional network of food science and technology professionals under the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC).
